MW Green Power Export lists its second bond issue in 2021 worth RON 11.67mn

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Tuesday, December 28, MW Green Power Export, a producer of photovoltaic electricity, is listing this year its second bond issue on the Multilateral Trading System (MTS). The new bonds have a RON 11.67mn value and will be traded under the stock ticker MWGP27. The total value of the both bond issuances listed by MW Green Power Export in 2021 is more that RON 16mn.The company held a bond offer in December 2020 in which 40 investors subscribed. At the time of listing the issue, the bonds are held by 58 investors, as a result of the assignments. MW Green Power Export issued 116,720 guaranteed corporate bonds, denominated in RON, with a nominal value of RON 100 and a total value of RON 11,672,000. The bonds are due on December 29, 2027, and have an annual coupon rate of 8%, with a half-yearly payment. The bonds are guaranteed with the future revenues generated from the sale of green certificates, estimated for the 2021-2027 period at RON 51.66mn. The listing is made with the support of Intercapital Invest.

MW Green Power Export is at its third bond issue listed at BVB. The first one, that was available for trading under the stock ticker MWGP21, reached maturity date in December 2021. The second one is traded since August 31, 2021, under the stock ticker MWGP24.
