Genesis Property comes with a premiere on the local office market, investing EUR 1.5 M

Genesis Property developer, controlled by local entrepreneur Liviu Tudor, invests EUR 1.5 million in building the first outdoor pool with running track and roller blading in Romania, which will be located in West Gate Business Park in Bucharest, as a press release informs.

“We know that the employees of the companies want to be active, many of them want to recharge their batteries in open air in the morning, and after hours at the office, to relax in the sun,” says Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property.

Thus, as of this summer, the employees of tenants will have access to the pool with 200 seats on the lounger and outdoor terrace with a bar-restaurant, on an area of 5,000 sqm.

For heating water in the pool, as well as the waste water, it will be used the renewable energy, generated by the existing solar panels. Also, the irrigation systems will capture rainwater and recirculate it to care for green spaces.

West Gate Business Park is one of the biggest office parks in Bucharest, with 5 office buildings, having a total leasable area of 75,000 square meters, the largest private student campus in Romania – West Gate Studios and 15,000 sqm of outdoor green spaces.

Among companies with headquarters in West Gate are: Societe Generale European Business Services, Dacia Renault, Siemens, Ericsson, WNS, Citi, Accenture, Panasonic, Alpha Bank, Carestream Health and Medicover.
