Israeli real estate developer Gindi Group will invest EUR 20 M from its own sources to build the residential compound in Mihai Bravu district in Bucharest. Danya Cebus is the building contractor.
The compound named GViTown comprises 324 flats and will be developed in four stages. In the first stage 81 apartments will be built-studios and two-room flats-and the due date is the spring of next year. The complete delivery is expected at the end of 2017. The prices start with EUR 54,500.
The project will be launched at tIMON real estate fair in Constitutiei Square during April 16 and 19.
Gindi Group is specialized in residential luxury constructions but also for middle class. It developed over 5,500 apartments in 12 cities in Israel in the past ten years.
