Globalworth has completed the acquisition of two land plots, where the real estate investment firm is preparing to develop two new office buildings in Northern Bucharest, a press release informs.
Following the development of these new office buildings, Globalworth will become the owner of the largest office accelerator hub in Bucharest.
Both are located in Herastrau Railway Station-Barbu Vacarescu area in the new Central Business District: the first is located between Globalworth Plaza and Green Court B, and the second is adjacent to the Green Court office complex, also owned by the company.
Overall, these projects will allow the development of approximately 40,000 sqm of commercial spaces, mostly offices. The total value of both lands reaches about EUR 16 million. The first land plot will host the Globalworth Square office building, its completion being estimated for the second half of 2019.
”With amenities such as an unconventional lobby, a green rooftop, tech-enabled co-working workspaces, Natural Light System and an app allowing tenants to enjoy facilities using their mobile phone, the new buildings aim to support the companies in recruiting and retaining the best talent,” the release reads.
The second building will be located within the Green Court complex and will meet the standards of the three existing buildings, both architecturally and in terms of quality and energy efficiency. It will be completed during 2020.
