The local subsidiary of Inditex, the Spanish parent company of global high street chains Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe, relocates its headquarters (HQ) in Globalworth Tower, the second tallest building in Romania, a press release informs.
Globalworth Tower, a class A office building, is owned by Globalworth Real Estate founded by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas.
Inditex rented an area of 1,500 square meters in the building located on Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard.
”The new Inditex office, located on the 9th floor of the building, where about 100 employees will work, houses both the teams that are part of the company’s fixed structure, departments such as HR, Finance and Accounting, IT or General Services, and the teams responsible for the brands present also on the Romanian market,” the release reads.
Globalworth portfolio includes real estate investments located in Romania with an estimated value of EUR 983.3 million on end-March.
Globalworth Tower has been certified with LEED Platinum green certification, the first building in Romania and the broader SEE region having received the highest available Green accreditation.
