A company may receive non-repayable public funding for investments in research and development (R&D) domains, according to the unique Guide for future calls under Priority Axis 1 Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020, launched in public consultation by the Ministry of European Funds (MFE), according Agerpres.
Thus, the investments for R & D departments of companies, the non-refundable amount of public funding for one project is between RON 4.5 million and RON 90 million.
The value of the non – reimbursable public funding per project will not exceed RON 22.5 million in Bucharest, RON 67.5 million in the West region and Ilfov County, RON 90 million in other regions of Romania (South East, North East, North West, Center, South Muntenia, South West). Total project value (eligible and non-eligible costs) may not exceed RON 225 million (EUR 50 million).
