Guess opens first outlet in Bucharest

American luxury brand Guess will open in November an outlet as part of Fashion House Outlet Centre in the West of the Capital city, according to Brendon O’Reilly, managing director of Fashion House Group. O’Reilly further stated that he aims at extending the group by developing a new outlet mall next year in Bucharest.

Fashion House Outlet Centre, operated by Fashion House Group, was opened in 2008 in West Park retail park, developed by Belgian group Liebrecht & Wood. Starting 2010, Fashion House Group is part of Liebrecht & Wood.

“The centre has 53 renters, including brands such as Adidas, Puma, Levi’s, Diesel, Gatta or Tom Tailor. Additionally, we can announce that starting November, Fashion House Outlet Centre Bucharest will host a Guess outlet store, the first of its kind in Romania belonging to the American brand,” said O’Reilly.

The centre is totaling 20.000 square meters rentable area and drew a EUR 60 million investment.
