Hagag Development Europe, part of the Hagag Group from Israel, has announced a new project on the luxury real estate market in Bucharest: H Eliade 9 Residence.

H Eliade 9 Residence will be located in the famous Primaverii district in Bucharest, on Mircea Eliade Boulevard, on a 2,000-sqm land. The real estate ensemble will have a total area of 6,000 square meters and will host 35 exclusive apartments, served by underground and aboveground parking lots. At present, 25% of the units are already booked.

We are confident in the ability of the Romanian market to draw real estate investments and are also aware that the real estate properties must comply with the current trends. Based on these developments, we aimed to focus on delivering projects that should cover both the residential segment and also the office buildings. We also plan new developments and we are still interested in the luxury real estate projects, by adding the H Eliade 9 Residence in  our portfolio”, said Yitzhak Hagag, President Hagag Group Israel.

Located in one of the most high-end areas of the Capital, the new Hagag Development Europe project is the third one dedicated to the residential segment. At the same time, it is the second company’s project on the luxury real estate segment. Currently, H Eliade 9 Residence is at the design phase, with the completion of the works being scheduled in 2020.

Hagag Development Europe, which entered in Romania in 2003, will continue investments on the residential and office market, with the local portfolio including now five properties: two plots of land in Pipera, a plot of land in Primaverii district in Bucharest and two buildings on Victoriei Avenue.
