Greece-based HELLENiQ Energy opened its own renewable energy company in Romania, after buying hundreds of MW of photovoltaic projects in our country.
The proposed photovoltaic plants are anticipated to meet the energy needs of 100,000 households in Romania, generating over 300 GWh annually.
Additionally, HELLENiQ Energy announced it had entered into a preliminary agreement with an unnamed group to develop 600 MW of photovoltaic power in Romania.
