IBB Holding Group SA (IBB Holding), a construction company operating in areas such as infrastructure, civil and industrial construction, concrete and asphalt production, real estate development, construction equipment logistics, as well as other related construction services, announces that the General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the issuance of euro-denominated bonds and their subsequent listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Ion Crăciunescu – CEO, IBB Holding founder said: “The bond issuance will be IBB Holding’s first engagement with the capital market and comes at a time when we are focusing on expanding the Group’s activities and strengthening our position in the construction sector. We took this decision to diversify the Group’s funding sources, in the context of a plan to expand our operations in the coming years.”

The decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders stipulates the issuance of bonds worth up to 10 million euros, with a minimum maturity of 24 months and a maximum maturity of 60 months. The participation of investors at the issuance can take place either through one or more public offerings or through one or more private placements.

The purpose of the bond issuance is to use the raised funds as working capital for ongoing and future projects contracted by the company, as well as to continue investments in concrete and asphalt production facilities, along with construction equipment and machinery.

IBB Holding has a solid reputation built over time through the high-quality services provided in the implementation of highly complex projects in infrastructure, in the construction of earthworks, roads, bridges, highways, airport runways, and the execution of civil, industrial, and residential buildings.

The Group operates four plants that produce concrete for engineering construction, road concrete, and cement-stabilized aggregates near Bucharest, in Pantelimon, Ciorogârla, Mogoșoaia, and Petricani, as well as an asphalt mixing plant in Pantelimon.
