IMMOFINANZ sells one of its main plots of land in Bucharest

IMMOFINANZ has sold a large area of land in Bucharest, the real estate investor has just announced. More precisely, it sold the former Ventilatorul industrial platform, stretching on an area of 53,000sqm to One United Properties.

„We are focused on developing a retail and office portfolio, so, we have included in our strategy the sale of all properties that are not fit to our basic portfolio. The land of the former Ventilatorul platform is suitable for the development of residential projects, so, it has been included in the selling procedure and the transaction has been closed with One United Properties,” said Fulga Dinu, Country Manager Operations Romania, IMMOFINANZ.

In his turn, Victor Căpitanu, Managing Director One United Properties, said: „This sale is important to us, and, due to the support and professionalism of the IMMOFINANZ local team, the transaction has been concluded in a record time”.

IMMONFINANZ boasts a portfolio of EUR 800 million in Romania, it has nine office buildings and six retail properties.
