Before the crisis, Dimri International bought several plots of land in Bucharest and Ploiesti to build residential projects. Now, Israeli developer resumed its expansion plans, announcing that will build a complex of 1,045 dwellings in Ghencea area, western Bucharest.
According to zf.ro, the project will include 11 buildings with 95 apartments each, the first of blocks, which is almost completed, is going to be put on sale at tIMOn National Real Estate Fair, which will take place next week in Bucharest.
The residential complex in Prelungirea Ghencea is now called Dimri West Towers, while before the crisis it was called Dimri Ghencea Allegro.
Dimri entered locally in 2006 and bought four plots of land in Bucharest and Ploiesti, with a total area of 21 hectares for about EUR 20 million.
