MedLife to invest in the largest private medical project in Romania, MedLife Medical Park

The new medical project will be built near the MedLife Memorial Hospital in Bucharest, in the middle of a green area. The park, comprising 8 pavilion buildings (with 1,000 beds), will included two distinct development stages.

In the first phase, a new hyper-clinic, a innovation and research centre will be built, as well as physiotherapy rooms, two restaurants, a radiotherapy centre, pharmacies and an eco food store.

In the next stage the MedLife Oncology Institute will be built.

MedLife has announced the acquisition of some tens of thousands plots of land and of several buildings in the central northern area of Bucharest, on Calea Grivitei, near MedLife Memorial.

The first stage of the project will be operational in the upcoming 18-24 months, while the second stage, the MedLife Oncology Institute to be concluded within 3 to 5 years.

The entire built area of the project will mount to around 50,000 square meters.
