Mindspace opens new coworking space in Piața Victoriei, in the Bucharest Tower Center building

Mindspace European boutique workspace provider opens its second venue in Romania at the Piața Victoriei area, on 15-17 Ion Mihalache Boulevard, in Bucharest Tower Center. The space is conveniently located next to Victoriei Square Metro Station. Spanning approximately 2,000 sqm. on 1 floor, Mindspace Victoriei accommodates over 260 members, ranging from startups and scale-ups to large enterprises.

The new, flexible office space in the Bucharest Tower Center building, owned by Globalworth, includes both common workspaces and lounges for collaboration, as well as 23 private offices, providing its members with a high-end, all-inclusive work environment, which lets them focus on productivity, and helps them to attract and retain top talent.

Yotam Alroy, Co-Founder and Chief Business Office of Mindspace, states: “We are thrilled to announce this new location in the heart of the city. The opening of our second location in this promising market follows the successful opening of Mindspace Business District at Globalworth Campus in Pipera earlier this year. We’re seeing strong demand from an eclectic mix of companies and teams of all sizes in this market.

The Mindspace offering is unique to the Romanian market: a high-end, all-inclusive experience in a simple flat membership fee, that cuts out the overhead costs and extra fees and brings benefits fast to members and companies. With twice the on-site staff compared to other providers, the community managers organize events that are specially tailored to the local community, such as events from TEDx, Creative Mornings, Startup Grind and many more.

The design of the coworking space is based on a mix of elements already familiar in Mindspace locations, such as vintage furniture, natural materials or spacious common spaces, and pieces inspired by the local creative community.  Mindspace Victoriei pieces were created in collaboration with the artist Adrian Sandu. The space’s layout integrated Design Thinking principles, so that its various areas are connected and so that members can easily reach the common spaces, thereby encouraging collaboration.

Mindspace members’ benefits also include meeting rooms, one-on-one phone booths, networking lunches or weekly dinners and events specially created for the Mindspace community. In addition, Mindspace members enjoy global access to any of Mindspace’s 28 locations worldwide at no additional cost.
