NEPI Rockcastle to build residential projects in five Romanian cities

NEPI Rockcastle real estate developer has announced new expansion plans on Thursday.
After heralding the construction of one of the biggest retail project in the region of Oltenia several days ago, the real estate investor is now revealing the expansion of its investments with more residential projects located in the vicinity of the shopping centers in such cities as Brașov, Bucharest (near Mega Mall and Vulcan), Râmnicu Vâlcea, Satu Mare, Timișoara.
The new developments have an initial budget of EUR 83 million and are currently at the design and authorization phase and are to be concluded within a time-frame from two to four years.
