New real estate residential compound in northern Bucharest

JQ Development company announced the launch of its first residential project in the form of a boutique-neighborhood with a unique design in Romania, located in the Northern area of the capital, near Stejarii Country Club and Baneasa Forest. Named Collection 10, the ensemble comprises a collection of ten elegant villas with a modern, sophisticated, modern design, created by the award-winning architect Bogdan Neagu.

The uniqueness of Collection 10 consists of an original architectural approach, with retractions and played volumes that give a distinct harmony to the ensemble. Each house has a surface of 300 square meters and two floors. Each level is thought of as a separate volume with a creative and fluid layout of interior spaces, also well integrated vertically throughout the construction. All villas have gardens, three terraces that are not visible from the neighboring dwellings and parking spaces. Due to its qualities, the project was a finalist in the Romanian Building Awards 2019 architecture competition even before being finalized.

The luxury buildings are located on Drumul Lapus no. 75 – 77 and have prices ranging between EUR 425,000 and EURO 474,000 plus VAT. The construction of Collection 10 began in March 2019 and the first villas will be completed by the end of this year.

The compound will be built by Roca Construct.
