GDP growth in real terms in 2016 was of 4.8pc


The Gross Domestic Product estimated for 2016, final figures, was of RON 765,135 billion in current prices, up in real terms by 4.8% against 2015, according to a press release from the National Statistics Institute (INS).

As compared to the semi-final version, revised in June 2018, in the final version the estimated GDP for 2016 is lower by 0.3%.
