Slight appreciation of the national currency against the EUR

The reference exchange rate between the national currency and the European currency has decreased on Monday by 0.05%, down to RON 4.7584 per EUR, the figures from the National Bank of Romania (BNR) reveal.
On Friday, the exchange rate was RON 4.7607 per EUR.
The US Dollar, quoted indirectly through the exchange rate against the European single currency, is RON 4.2306, down from RON 4.2327 in the previous session.
The Swiss franc is RON 4.1689, down from RON 4.1761.
The GBP is RON 5.4956, down from RON 5.5053.
The gram of gold is RON 173.9589, up from RON 173.5601 last Friday.
