The Financial Supervisory Authority validates the Stock Exchange’s new Board of Directors

The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has validated the new Board of Directors of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and has authorized the amendment of the operating license, following the modification of the Board of Directors, according to the law, BVB informs in a release.
The Board of Directors includes: Lucian-Claudiu Anghel, Otto Naegeli, Robert Cosmin Pană, Dan Viorel Paul, Cristian Micu, Valerian Ionescu, Gabriel Marica, Octavian Molnar and Radu Toia.
The Ordinary General Meeting of BVB Shareholders elected on December 14, 2015 the new members of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board – Lucian Anghel.
BVB manages equity and bond markets and other financial instruments, on regulated platforms or alternative systems, and provides a variety of services to participants on the financial markets. BVB is a company listed on its own market since 2010.
