As of May 2016, Adela Guédon will be the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Orange Romania, replacing Diego Martinez Lopez, who will represent Spain also as CFO.
According to a press release, she has 18 years of career in finance and a vast experience in the European telecommunications market and the Romanian one in particular.
Romanian-French Guédon began her career at Orange Romania in 1997. In 2007 she took the first international position as CFO of Orange Moldova.
Currently, Adela Guédon is Controller of Orange’s European division, supervising the controlling activities of the international team of seven European countries.
In the new position, she has the mission to support strengthening the company’s financial performance and developing new lines of business, such as converged communications services and Orange Money.
