P3 Bucharest A1 park has new tenants

Pan-European logistics property investor-developer P3 has signed new leasing contracts with two well-known companies: Coca-Cola HBC Romania and Mobexpert. The total space leased by the two companies in P3 Bucharest A1 park is of 5,000 sqm.

We are happy about the fact that these strong companies have chosen to develop their businesses in our logistic park. This shows once again that P3 Bucharest A1, with its excellent location and facile access to A1 highway at 13 km, is a logistic park preferred by famous brands. With the construction of the multifunctional project that we will complete in Q4 2019, we want to address the challenges with the workforce of the tenants in the park and the needs of their employees. Thus, our park will become the most complex logistics park in Bucharest with railway terminal, high voltage station, hostel and canteen,” said Sînziana Pardhan, Managing Director P3 in România.

Coca-Cola HBC Romania is one of the companies that will occupy a space in warehouse 11 within P3 logistics park in Bucharest, a space in which it will store refrigerated displays. The company has been present in Romania for over 27 years, has 1,500 employees and 3 factories, being a leader in the local beverage industry and in sustainability, as well as the largest beverage local exporter. Coca-Cola HBC Romania is part of the Coca-Cola HBC Group, one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola Company, with operations in 28 countries.

Warehouse 11 is one of the newest buildings in the park, completed in 2017 and has over 40,000 m2 of storage space. The building was built according to the highest international quality standards and offers reductions in operational costs through sustainable technological solutions.

Mobexpert, the Romanian company with a reputation in Europe for the production of the highest quality furniture, has rented space in Warehouse 2. This space represents actually an externalized warehouse of the Mobexpert store in Militari, and the clients will have the possibility to pick up the furniture ordered in this store or online, directly from P3 Bucharest A1 park. Mobexpert owns 26 hypermarkets and furniture stores, 8 factories and two modern logistics platforms and is among the first twelve European companies in the furniture industry.

P3 Bucharest Park is the largest multifunctional park in Bucharest, having 380,000 m2 developed in 14 warehouses and a land bank with potential of delivery 100,000 m2 within 8-12 months, direct access to A1, ring road and direct rail connection to the 4th pan European corridor. P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 16-hectare site in Dragomiresti Vale, a prime logistic location on the north west outskirts of Bucharest. P3 Bucharest NW Ring Road has direct access to the newly extended Bucharest Ring Road and provides easy access to all parts of the Romanian capital, as well as the A1 and A3 highways.
