Pasta producer Baneasa, market leader in Romania and the Balkans, has leased 5,000 sq. m within ELI PARK 1, has announced Element Industrial, the developer of the project.
“We are glad that in a short time from announcing the start of construction works we are in a position to also announce the first tenant within the project. Paste Baneasa leased a 5,000 sq. m warehouse in the first phase of ELI PARK 1”, said Muler Onofrei, Managing Partner, Element Industrial.
ELI PARK 1 will total a 45,000 sq. m. lettable area of warehousing spaces and offices and will involve an investment of 25 million EUR. Element Industrial has recently announced the start of construction works, with Sagex Construct named as general contractor.
The logistic park is serviced by public transport and is conveniently located 4 km from the Capital’s City Ring Road, by DN7, a four-lane national road. The main benefits are ease of access towards North and Central Bucharest as well as the immediate vicinity of Chitila/ Buftea, an area with significant labor availability, unlike the older logistic areas such as A1 – km 14 or 23.
The new project will be designed and executed following strictly class A international standards, with characteristics such as one loading bay for each 800 sq. m. of warehouse, generous 35 meters truck court and numerous parking places.
