PayPoint Romania has a new CEO
Utku Ogrendil has been appointed as CEO of PayPoint Romania. With a wide expertise in the financial-banking sector, he will focus on reinforcing the company’s position on the local market, with a particular focus on innovation, reads a press release.
The appointment of Utku Ogrendil as CEO of the company is made after the private equity fund Innova Capital took over the entire assets and operations of PayPoint Services SRL.
The new CEO of PayPoint Romania studied business administration at the University of Hartford. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial-banking industry and has held, over time, management positions in important banking institutions.

PayPoint Romania reported gross assets of £48.5 million at the end of March 2020.
