We are very happy to see that, by choosing Romania as HQs for its only logistics hub in Europe, Pfizer is committed to the goal of a healthy long term development on the local market,”said Mirela Iordan, country manager Pfizer Romania.

Bucharest has been chosen as AMP Hub following an extremely strict selection process, which compared the competitive benefits and advantages of several European countries. The well skilled workforce, with strong expertize on engineering and science and solid English knowledge, represented a factor that tipped the balance in Romania’s favour,” she added.

In the first stage, the center will have a team of 40 people, experts on planning, supplying and managing the medicine stocks in Europe.

Staff recruitment has already kicked off and will go on in the next months. After hire, the team will take training courses.
