Pharma company Walmark sold to German-based Stada

Mid Europa Partners private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced today the agreement to sell Walmark a.s. to STADA Arzneimittel AG. The transaction is subject to customary competition authority clearance and is expected to close in Q1 2020.

Walmark pharma company is present in nine European Union countries.
