PKF Finconta brings an expat to run the Transfer Pricing team

PKF Finconta, the 10th-largest audit and tax consulting firm among the top firms in Bucharest in this industry sector, named Nilanjan Nag, Manager, at the leadership of the Transfer Pricing team, a press release informs.

Nilanjan Nag comes from India, where he worked for Deloitte in the Transfer Pricing department for the past nine years, after spending two years in the similar department of PwC. He has extensive experience in transfer pricing compliance and has coordinated complex transfer pricing engagements and transfer pricing audits. He has also been involved in projects related to global transfer pricing documentation and has experience in assessing intellectual property.

Nilanjan graduated from the University of Calcutta’s Accounting Faculty and has a Master’s degree in Business Management from the National Institute of Technology in West Bengal.

In Romania, he will develop PKF Finconta’s Transfer Pricing team and services in a market where 44 percent of companies say that transfer pricing is of major importance to them, and 70 percent say they are preparing the transfer pricing documentation to reduce the risk of controversy.
