Preturi Pentru Tine is expanding on the foreign market

Clothing and footwear retailer Preturi Pentru Tine (PPT), developed by four Romanian entrepreneurs, plans to expand to new markets in the region after the success in the Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria, where the company is present for four years, and one year respectively, a press release informs.

According to company representatives, the following target countries are Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Ukraine and Georgia, the expansion being to be completed in the second half of next year.

”We are ready to enter the neighboring markets where we have identified a part of consumers with the same characteristics as in Romania. We have over 30 strategic suppliers from abroad and we are going to develop the network of local suppliers and extending the assortment range. The expansion strategy involves addressing both segments – proximity store and modern trade, in medium and large cities,” Andrada Verdes, CEO PPT Group, stated.

Over the past two years, the company has passed from entrepreneurship to corporate, with 15 stores in Romania, 4 stores in the Republic of Moldova and 11 in Bulgaria, with 140 units on domestic market and 30 abroad.

By end-2017, the PPT network will include 144 stores in Romania, 29 in the Rep. of Moldova and 14 in Bulgaria. For the next three years, there are planned at least 25 openings of new stores annually, of which half in Romania.

The estimated turnover for 2017 is about EUR 50 million, PPT reaching over 25 million items of clothing and footwear sold in its own units.
