The acquisition price of gas deriving from the domestic production will remain unchanged –RON 53.30/MWh- for domestic customers and thermal energy producers until June 30, the Government decided on Wednesday.

In December, the Energy Department also informed that the gas prices would not rise until July, with the Government and the National Authority for Energy Regulation (ANRE) expected to release a new non-regulation chart of the gas market for July 2015-July 2021 that should respect the downward trend of the crude oil prices’ evolution in the region, as well as the longer period of complying agreed with the international financial institutions.
