Element Group office, retail and logistics & industrial investor has announced the acquisition of a new land of 2.7 hectares, at the entrance to Pitești, in the immediate vicinity of the A1 highway.

“The positioning of the land in the immediate vicinity of the A1 highway, as well as near an existing retail hub – Jupiter City, Metro and Arabesque Pitești – determined us to add this land to the group’s portfolio, for a future proximity logistic development”, explains Ionuț Bordei, CEO of Element Group.

Founded by Ionuț Dumitrescu, the group is one of the shareholders of One United’s office division, develops retail parks such as Bistrița Retail Park under Element Development brand, and a series of logistics parks in Bucharest and secondary and tertiary cities in Romania under Element Industrial brand.
