Real time apartment appraisal, for free, through VAUNT
VAUNT, a sales management platform for the residential sector, has launched a new feature called Client Portal. This module gives home buyers real-time market value data on their properties. This feature helps strengthen the relationship between developers and clients and promotes broader access to information in the real estate market.
VAUNT announces the launch of the module dedicated to clients of developers or real estate agents, Client Portal. This module comes as an extra resource for VAUNT’s developer customers, a benefit they can provide to their buyers.
The most important market data is analyzed in real time, providing not only a current snapshot of an apartment’s value but also insights into market trends. Traditionally, this type of data has been accessible only through costly market analyses for the end customer.
Having access to this data, the buyer can make faster and more informed sales decisions. For the developer, this functionality can be integrated into the VAUNT subscription, and it will be a differentiating element in closing a contract.
For the buyer, the platform is useful not only for maintaining a direct and real-time relationship with the developer, but also for obtaining an instant assessment of the apartment, be it estimating the value of the property, valuing the investment or getting updated information from the market, for free.
VAUNT helps real estate developers cut costs by reducing the need for separate apartment appraisals. Each time a client logs into their personal account, they get an indirect estimate of their apartment’s value based on market data, not an independent appraisal by VAUNT. This allows developers to save up to 120 euros per client on managing costs.
Additionally, VAUNT is developing an AI module that will greatly streamline sales processes for real estate developers and their clients. This module is designed to boost productivity by up to 20%, reduce human errors, and enhance creativity. It automates tasks like scanning identity documents and filling out contracts, transforming repetitive tasks into a quick and efficient process.
“Our plan is to build a complete and coherent product throughout the entire process of selling a property, with all the necessary tools aggregated into the same easy-to-use platform. We provide access to real-time data, which shortens the sales cycle, and eliminates the costs associated with external tools or teams for marketing or reporting activities. With these new modules, we contribute not only to the health of our clients’ business, but also to their relationship with their clients,” said Irina Constantin, CEO & Co-founder of VAUNT.
Developers and real estate agents who opt for VAUNT benefit from financial monitoring tools, real-time availability, CRM, marketing, reporting tools, web and phone applications and various components that use artificial intelligence.
VAUNT, launched at the end of 2020, started with a CRM component developed by Irina-Alina Constantin, Răzvan Miter and Adrian Delcea Valeriu. Later, Adrian Delcea Valeriu exited the company to dedicate to other projects in the field of technology and other initiatives that support the development of entrepreneurial education in Romania.
