Amid constant increase of Romanians who choose to work abroad, residential developers have created products tailor-made for this segment.
“According to our estimates, an important percentage from the population of Targoviste and its surroundings are working abroad. For this segment we have created an investment product, apartments within Class Park compound, which can be acquired through a financing program direct at the developer, with a down payment of at least 20% and rates on a maxim period of three years,” explains Răzvan Luca, CEO Class Park.
Most of the clients that buy trough this program is working in countries such as UK, Italy or Spain and have an average age of 30.
Class Park residential compound has been developed in the last 10 years with a budget of 10.5 million EUR. When finalized, in 2021, the compound will have a total of 15 blocks and 7 houses, the total investments following to reach EUR 20 million for all residential units, parking, infrastructure and facilities in the compound: playgrounds, green areas, fitness parks, outdoor library and barbecue area.
