Romania-based investment fund buys 16,000sqm plot of land near Herastrau Park, Bucharest

Evergent Investments investment fund acquired through Țesătoriile Reunite SA, part of the Group, a land with an area of ​​16,000 sqm in the northern part of Bucharest. The land is located in District 1 of the Capital city, near Herastrau Park and has a Regional Planning Consent (PUZ) in force.
