We want to offer candidates a complete service and this is why we place more and more emphasis on our job search service. 2022: Investments in machine learning, user experience and expansion in six new countries

It is an algorithm based on machine learning and processes the data we have in real-time. This is why in 2022, we will invest a lot in this algorithm and the user experience. Next year, we aim to increase the platforms in all the countries where we are present, regarding the number of users, reviews, listed jobs, job applicants, and companies. We also want to expand into six new countries in the Arab region”, adds Costin Tudor. considers that the main differentiator compared to other job platforms is the considerable amount of information created with the help of community members.

1 million CVs in 2022

Currently, Undelucram has 300,000 CVs and aims to have 1 million CVs in the database next year, thus offering the community the opportunity to apply for jobs or companies listed on the platform.

Most CVs of the platform are for IT&C, BPO & services, banking, retail, industrial production and FMCG.

Undelucram users are generally people between 24-35 years old, white collars and blue collars, users who want to be informed before making a decision. Also, about 11% are student users.
