In the first quarter of 2018, Medicover reported revenues of EUR 21.2 million on the local market, up by 19.1 percent, from EUR 17.8 million in the same period of 2017, a press release informs.
Romania thus continues to be the third largest market for the Swedish healthcare and diagnostic services provider, after Poland and Germany, bringing almost 13 percent of total group income.
Medicover is represented on local market by Medicover Romania and Synevo Romania.

At group level, the revenue for the first quarter reached EUR 161.9 million (EUR 141.9 million) with EBITDA of EUR 15 million (EUR 13.2 million), implying an EBITDA margin of 9.3 percent (9.3 percent). Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 15.5 million (EUR 13.4 million) a margin of 9.6 percent (9.4 percent).
