Telecom market in Romania continues to be one of the most favorable for consumers and one of the most competitive by the fact that here is a good penetration rate of fixed Internet infrastructure for high-speed and the average revenue per user (ARPU) is one of the smaller, mediafax.ro informs.
“We are in a situation where Romania is now the country with the largest number of customers for MagentaONE packages, excepting Germany. I would also note that over half of new customers who purchase a subscription choose one of the MagentaONE packages. It is something that works very well,” Claudia Nemat, member of Deutsche Telekom Board said.
Romania is the third country where Deutsche Telekom group launched in May 2015 MagentaONE a new commercial concept which represents the integrated fixed & mobile bundles under one umbrella, after Germany and Slovakia.
MagentaONE concept means: everything in 1 place for all fixed and mobile communication needs: One Stop Shop, one Call Center, one bill, one MyAccount (including one mobile app); 10 seconds average waiting time in the call centre for residential customers of integrated fixed & mobile services, since May, 2015; entertainment and exclusivities on all screens (TV, tablets, laptops, smartphones).
