Romania’s richest to build a skyscraper and a grandiose real estate project named ‘Grant’ residential complex
Famous businessman and former professional tennis and ice hockey player, Ion Tiriac, is coming back on Bucharest’s real estate market with two major projects. It’s about a skyscraper and ‘Grant’ residential complex.
Ziarul Financiar argues that earlier this month, the project made by architects and designers from Outbox Studio and Studio 10M were declared the winners, following a project competition made by Tiriac Imobiliare. The project of the richest man in Romania will be built on the site of the former IFMA – Intreprinderea de Fabricatie si Montaj Ascensoare, next to Grant Bridge, near the Orhideea area, the newest office building pole in Bucharest. The residential complex will have suspended gardens and a lake in the center, the source quoted.
At the same time, it will be built a tower that wants to be the highest in Romania, overtaking Sky Tower Bucharest (137 meters). Renowned Romanian architect Dorin Stefan will put his mark on this project.
