Irish low cost airline Ryanair is recruiting in Romania, seeking flying attendants. Crewline, the recruiting company contracted by Ryanair, has posted a notice inviting all those who meet the hiring criteria to file a CV.
According to e-jobs, Candidates must have an EU passport, a height ranging from 1.57cm to 1.88cm, they must be able to swim 25 metres with no help, their English must be fluent and they must be flexible, friendly and open-minded.
The company is also offering the selected candidates a signing bonus of EUR 1,200. As for the salary, Crewline says the sum is “highly competitive”, with productivity bonuses included. At the same time, the employees will receive discounts for the flights operated by Ryanair.
The Irish low cost company has been recently amid image scandal, after half of its pilots have announced they would be on strike before Christmas. However, the decision was called off after the company’s managers had agreed to go for negotiations.
According to Glassdoor, the average Ryanair cabin crew salaries are around EUR 1,200-1,500 per month, but they vary according to the number of flight hours.
