Smartwatch manufacturer Vector Watch get a USD 5 M capital infusion

The Vector Watch start-up founded last year by the Romanian entrepreneur Andrei Pitis attracted new investment worth USD 5 million, a press release informs.

Financing round was led by the investment fund GECAD Group which continues to be the company’s main shareholder, followed by Catalyst Romania and a group of private investors: Radu Apostolescu, Bogdan Vlad and Mihai Popescu.

This capital infusion will support the development of the product and expansion of the company’s office in the Bay Area, USA.

Vector Watch is an international technology company with offices in London, Silicon Valley, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Bucharest.
