Societe Generale inks for more office spaces in West Gate business park

West Gate business park, situated in the West of Bucharest, owned by Genesis Development, signs the fifth consecutive expansion of Societe Generale European Business Services (SG EBS) in two of the five office buildings, a press release informs.

Thus, West Gate business park adds 4,000 square meters to the contract with SG EBS, thespaces leased by the French company totaling 12,700 square meters out of 75,000 square meters of West Gate, the contract being valid until 2021.

Currently, West Gate has an occupancy rate of 100 percent. Among the companies based in West Gate there are such names as Accenture, Alpha Bank, Carestream, Citi, Dacia-Renault, Ericsson, Siemens, Panasonic and WNS.

“Given that it is estimated an expansion of 200,000 square meters of the office market in 2017, the fact that a company like Societe Generale has chosen to expand its offices in one of the Genesis Development parks, is an asset for us,” Liviu Tudor, chairman and founder of Genesis Development said.

SG EBS – owned by the French multinational banking and financial services group Societe Generale – was founded in 2011 and is a service center of the Societe Generale Group. SG EBS currently serves over 20 countries, mostly across Europe, for all major business lines of the French Group
