On April 19, the head of the Ministry of digital transformation announced that Elon Musk had started opening a representative office of the satellite platform in Ukraine.
The first 500 digital installations Starlink appeared in Ukraine in early March. Then the minister of digital transformation personally addressed Elon Mask with a request to provide Ukraine with the technology because it would have a significant and positive impact on the course of the war for Ukrainians.
“Today, more than 10.000 stations help the Armed Forces to communicate and carry out special operations, support the operation of critical energy and telecommunications facilities, health care facilities, and even the sowing campaign, as well as bring back to life the occupied territories,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, minister of DT.
