By the end of the year, Stefanini wants to create 120 new jobs: 100 specialists in Bucharest and 20 – in Sibiu. The global IT services company is looking to employ part of the specialists for the Service Desk division, 30 percent of the new jobs will be in development section and 20 percent – in infrastructure services.
According to Daniela Vercellino, EMEA recruitment manager Stefanini Romania, the outsourcing company is looking for specialists who can speak French, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian and English, while for the Application Development division we are looking for programmers skilled in Java, .net and Mobile.
IT specialists to be recruited until december by Stefanini will work for customers in areas such as food, automotive, software development, transport, tourism and health.
On the other hand, in 2015, the company will launch a new internship program, which will recruit students and graduates in technical profile and passionate about software development.
The company has 800 employees in Bucharest, up by 38 percent compared to the previous year, and 200 employees in Sibiu, up by 67 percent compared to 2013.
