Stefanini Romania, Stefanini’s local subsidiary, the major international technology company and one of the main global players in IT outsourcing services, intends to hire 30 IT junior specialists in its Sibiu HQs this year. Currently, the company has 120 employees in Sibiu, who are offering IT support services in German, Italian, Spanish and English languages.
For Sibiu’s center, Stefanini has positions available for beginner helpdesk agents that should know German, English, French or Spanish. They are also required basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office package. Regarding other competences, graduates of Geography and Tourism faculties have an advantage for the positions within the project on tourism, while the general IT support services require basic IT expertise.
„Sibiu team is offering IT support services, mainly in German language. From this point of view, Sibiu is very appealing, as we can find here many candidates who have advanced expertise in German language,” Daniela Vercellino (photo), Stefanini EMEA Recruitment Manager said in a press release issued to us.
As far as the projects provided by Sibiu center, they are granted to clients in automotive, tourism, consultancy or pharmaceutical industry sectors. „We have a candidate shortage in Sibiu, but the existent aspirants are more stable, professional development oriented and have a positive attitude towards professional life,” Daniela Vercellino also stated.
The company plans to hire 30 more specialists by year end, thus rising the number of Sibiu employees by 25 percent.
Stefanini is a Brazilian company providing IT services worldwide for 27 years. The company is providing IT expertise in financial, telecom, insurance or public sector fields. It is present in 34 countries.
Stefanini Romania celebrated 10 years of activity in Romania in October last year. The multinational opened its first office in Romania in 2004, in Bucharest, which is the company’s main center in Europe, followed by the one in Sibiu, in 2008, which is mainly specialized in German language IT support services. Stefanini is the biggest Brazilian employer on the local market, reporting 17.3 million euro in revenues in 2013.
