Timisoara-based developer Werk Property Group invests EUR 14 million in a unique residential project in Romania, a press release informs.

Vox Vertical Village project represents the first “vertical village” concept on the Romanian real estate market and will include a whole range of facilities, a generous atrium and a “vertical forest” consisting of a variety of trees and other plants, which will be both inside and on the terraces of the project.

Vox Vertical Village will be developed in Timisoara and will have 120 contemporary housing units in a 10-storey building.

The development of the project will begin in the near future, the deadline being set for the end of 2019.

”We plan to develop a project that will redefine the urban lifestyle. The Vox Vertical Village will bring all the specific benefits of living in a ground-based house, in an area with ample green spaces, as well as the obvious advantages of a modern project in a building with a high degree of comfort and safety,” Virgil Tornoreanu, Managing Partner Werk Property Group, stated.

The project will have two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-room penthouses. The project will have an underground and overground parking with 138 parking spaces.
