The newest outlet in Bucharest, a EUR 25 M project, opened today
Fashion House Group, a European outlet developers, has commissioned today the newest outlet center in Bucharest, a project worth EUR 25 million. Built in the eastern part of the Capital, Fashion House Pallady is the second outlet opened by this developer in Bucharest and the first outlet centre opened this year in mainland Europe.
The project stretches on over 12,000 sqm and included 62 stores, a playground for children, restaurants and over 300 parking lots, free of any charge.
More than 100 new jobs have been created by opening the first phase of the project, with the last part scheduled for 2022.
The new outlet comes along with daily discounts up to 70% provided by famous fashion brands such as Puma, Killtec, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Triumph, Otter, Sizeer, Ecco, Colin’s, US Polo Assn, United Colors of Benetton or Marco O’Polo.
Fashion House Pallady brings a new concept on the shopping malls market in Romania, with open air galleries and a designed inspired by the Bucharest’s Belle Epoque architecture, thus enabling an original landscape and a bohemian atmosphere.
The new outlet is located on A2 High way, at km 15 (Cernica exit), only 25 minutes from the city center and 45 minutes away from Henri Coanda International Airport.
