J2 Evolution company, the former Jaeggi Geothermal, part of the A-Heat group that owns Therme wellness complex in Bucharest, plans to build a residential compound on Jandarmeriei street, on a six-ha plot of land, local media reports.

It is not known yet what the new compound will comprise, but it will be the first such project developed by the A-Heat group in Romania. The company also owns a factory in Sibiu.

Jandermeriei street is one of the most ”sought-after” residential areas near the Romanian Capital, as it is very close to the Baneasa shopping center. The area is also ranking high in the top most valuable plots of land in Bucharest.
