We have substantially expanded our range of technologies and expanded our customer reach globally. We are excited about the many growth opportunities for the enlarged group.”

Jan de Bruijn, CEO of CSi, commented: “CSi is very pleased with the combination of these two companies. This represents a strong fit with the strategic plans that CSi has made in the past for its subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Romania and Mexico. The acquisition broadens CSi’s offering to all clients. In addition, there is a good cultural fit and increases the possibilities for CSi colleagues to further develop internationally. This is the best possible next step for CSi.
