Which is the most expensive apartment in Romania?
The most expensive apartment in Romania is a penthouse in Bucharest, in the residential Primaverii district, put up for sale at EUR 3.8 million, according to a ranking by Imobiliare.ro, quoted by News.ro.
The penthouse in Primaverii district is a two-floor building comprising seven rooms, plus outhouses. The apartment has 450 square meters, but it mounts to 650 sqm with terraces included. It has three underground parking lots and a storage box.
Another penthouse located in Soseau Nordului-Herastrau area ranks second in terms of price – EUR 3.15 M. The 410-sqm apartment has five rooms and is located on the last floor of a block of flats built in 2008. The house has view to Herastrau Park and is equipped with home cinema, bar, Jacuzzi and interior terrace in the middle of the apartment.
A brand new penthouse also located in northern Bucharest, near Herastrau Park, comes third, with a sale price mounting to EUR 2.49 M. The block of flats was concluded in 2015 and the apartment stretches on two floors, has five rooms plus outhouses and has 340 sqm. Besides, it has two terraces of 90 sqm on the last floor. The property also has two underground parking lots.
Outside Bucharest
The penthouses’ prices are far lower outside Bucharest, in other cities. For instance, downtown Timisoara a 150-sqm penthouse has a sale price of EUR 670,000. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, has air conditioning, sauna and two large terraces.
In Brasov, the most expensive apartment put up for sale on Imobiliare.ro is a penthouse in Drumul Poienii district, concluded in 2008, with owners asking EUR 650,000. It has four rooms plus outhouses, has 180 sqm and has view to the city’s center.
In the old town of Brasov, a triplex penthouse, concluded in 2010 is sold for EUR 600,000. The apartment is located in a villa, has six rooms and 290 sqm.
In Cluj-Napoca, the most expensive apartment is put up for sale at EUR 430,000. It has three rooms plus annexes. It is located on the first floor of a historical building, built downtown in 1941. The 160-sqm house is completely revamped.
In Constanta, the city on the Black Sea coast, the most expensive apartment for sale is a penthouse with sea view, located in Peninsula district, which can be bought for EUR 435,000. It is hosted in a construction finalized last year. The apartment has 245 sqm and three rooms plus annexes.
Another penthouse is located in Mamaia resort. It has 230 sqm, has four rooms and a 105-sqm terrace and sea view. It is sold for EUR 430,000.
In Iasi, the most expensive apartment for sale on Imobiliare.to is in Copou area, in a block of flats built in 2014. The apartment has four rooms, 210 sqm and luxury furnishing materials- marble in the living room, natural stone in bathrooms and bamboo floor. The price is EUR 350,000.
