Wide offer of over 15,000 housing units at tIMOn, spring edition. Prices start at EUR 17,600

Starting today and until April 19, more than 15,000 new housing units with prices starting from EUR 17,600 to EUR 155,000 are revealed at the spring edition of the tIMOn real estate trade fair, at the exhibition halls of Constitutiei Square in Bucharest.

“This is the first such fair with the largest offering of housing units in general as well as with the largest offer of ultra-central, central and demi-central units. In the central area – Unirii-Dristor-Mall Vitan—Nerva Traian-Alba Iulia there are over 15 residential projects, and if we extend our search to Cotroceni, Herastrau, Aviatiei, Tineretului, the Carol Park, Vitan – Mihai Bravu, 1 Mai, Titan – traditional residential areas – we will have 20-30 more projects, so we can safely say that there are at least 50 developments on display located in central and ultra-central areas (ed. note: of Bucharest City). This is the first trade fair in the last five years when the south side of the city no longer dominates the market,” says tIMOn General Director Vlad Vlasceanu for Agerpres.

The least expensive housing units in a block of flats available at tIMOn is a bachelor flat in the Fundeni Quarter, EUR 17,600 (VAT excluded). As far as villas are concerned, the least expensive one is available at Corbeanca for EUR 59,000 (VAT excluded) that comes with a bonus in the form of an additional 500-m plot of land.

The most expensive flat costs EUR 155,000, while the highest price on the villa segment is EUR 175,000.

Real estate developers and traders will offer various incentives at the fair – furniture, parking lots, additional storage rooms and plots of land all included in the selling price of the housing units, as well as huge discounts, all of which can cost thousands of euros when purchased separately.

A real estate developer of Fundeni will be holding a Spring Tombola for anyone signing a reservation agreement at the fair. Thus, a 25,000-euro voucher will be distributed in a draw that could be used to buy a home.
