Wolf Theiss is the top legal adviser for 2015 in M&A transactions in several countries, according to Mergermarket, the leading independent data service provider for Mergers & Acquisitions in Europe.
According to a press release, in Romania, Croatia and Slovenia, Wolf Theiss has been ranked number 1 both according to the total value of transactions as well as the number of M&A transactions.
In Austria, Wolf Theiss leads the rankings as measured by the total value of all M&A transactions.
