Xerox expand its operations in Romania by opening a new ‘customer care’ unit in Bacau’s DiLivio Business Center, a facility for services provided to Italian clients, being the seventh working point nationwide of the company.
In the first phase, Xerox will hire 140 people here and the number of employees will increase as it diversifies its services, Mediafax informs. The candidates who wish to embark on one of the vacancies offered by Xerox in Bacau needs to know Italian, to have PC skills and previous experience in customer service.
Employees in Bacau will be part of a team of 55,000 agents globally, that respond daily, from the 160 centers, to 2.5 million requests in 30 languages.
Xerox has six other service centers in Romania, two of which are in Bucharest, three in Iasi and one in Oradea.
